Founded by Dennis and Flo Jaenke, our company has grown from a small, homegrown business into a trusted provider of heating and cooling solutions for homes and businesses across Randolph, Monroe, and St. Clair Counties. Driven by a desire to provide exceptional service and reliable comfort, we have built a reputation for excellence that has stood the test of time.

A Legacy of Quality and Service

Dennis began his HVAC journey working as an auto mechanic during the day and honing his skills in air conditioning and furnace repair in the evenings, learning the trade from his father who worked at a sheet metal shop. Recognizing the growing need for quality HVAC services in the area, Dennis took the leap, starting his own business with Flo by his side. They purchased a vacant building, transforming it into the shop that still stands today at 423 S. Library Street in Waterloo, IL.

Over the years, their three daughters, Lisa, Tricia, and Sara, became proud witnesses to their parent's vision and dedication. In 2006, Dennis passed away, leaving behind a legacy that his son-in-law Darren, married to Sara, was determined to continue alongside Flo. Tragically, in 2023, Flo passed away.
