Our History

Kohnen Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. started as a small, one-person shop in the basement of Gerald Kohnen's parents. Over the years, the business has grown, and we have expanded our team to meet the increasing demand for our services. We have moved locations, from the basement to a small building behind the old hardware center, and eventually, we purchased land and built our current facility at 1104 Sycamore St. in Germantown. Throughout our history, we have maintained our commitment to providing personal and friendly service to our customers.
