Engineering Design

Our engineering team is comprised of highly skilled professionals who thoroughly understand HVAC design, building codes, and Title-24 standards. We utilize the latest technology, including AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM, to streamline projects and eliminate field-driven conflicts that can save time and money. Our engineering team works closely with clients to design the perfect solution for their project.

Pre-Fabrication

Our 90,000 square foot fabrication facility in Corona, California is state-of-the-art, and our innovative fabrication process and extensive inventory of raw materials exceed Underwriter Laboratory high standards for quality and durability. This allows us to produce high-quality HVAC components quickly and efficiently.

Installation

Our team of experienced supervisors has the in-depth knowledge and communication skills to ensure every project is completed to the highest standard. Our installation team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that every project meets our high standards.

Divisions

We have three main divisions that cater to different markets and needs:

Multi-Family Division

Our Multi-Family Division is the bread and butter of the company, with over 500 employees working together to deliver exceptional results. We have extensive experience in multi-family projects and are committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Commercial Division

Our Commercial Division handles a wide range of complex projects, from garage exhaust to generator piping, and is the support team for all of our projects.

Sheet Metal Division

Our Sheet Metal Division specializes in producing general sheet metal and building envelope flashing, working out of the Northern California region. With over 20 employees, this division is a unique part of LDI Mechanical Inc.
