Our story began in 1977 when Art Ross entered the electrical, heating, and air conditioning field. His wife, Phoeba, took over as office manager, and their sons, Tab, Kyle, and Kirk, joined the family business, working alongside their parents until they graduated from college. In 2007, Kirk took over the management of RC Mechanical, carrying on the family tradition.
