Our company, Wiz Air Inc. dba Equal Air Balance Company, is a Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) certified firm. We are proud of our long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality services and fostering enduring professional relationships. Our management team, led by Erik and Denise Dlugajczyk, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. Erik, a NEBB Certified Supervisor and TABB Certified technician, has been instrumental in shaping the company's technical direction. Meanwhile, Denise, with her extensive background in personnel and financial management, ensures the company's operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Our dedication extends beyond our clients. We honor the legacy of Denise's late father, Ralph Huizar, a pioneer in the air conditioning industry, by naming our corporation Wiz Air Inc. Sadly, Ralph passed away from mesothelioma, a disease linked to asbestos exposure in the industry. In his memory, we support research organizations such as The Mesothelioma Research Foundation and the Loma Linda University Cancer Center.
