Service Quality Issues
Some customers have reported poor service quality from the company. Geoff Bellis, who gave the company 2 stars, was unhappy with the service he received. He called to have his A/C checked out due to it running for 10-13 hours non-stop, but the technician only spent 30 minutes on the job and didn't even open the A/C unit, which had a mouse nest inside. Although the technician found a dead mouse on the unit and checked voltage and Freon levels, the unit was not thoroughly cleaned or inspected. Geoff was also unhappy that he had to make arrangements to get someone to his home quickly to service the unit. He feels that for the price of $200, the unit should have been thoroughly cleaned and inspected.

Incompetent Technicians
Chris Cutler, who gave the company 1 star, had a very disappointing experience. He and his wife have used the company for business purposes to inspect and clean furnaces, but this time they had a furnace installed at a vacant property. The technician, Ryan, did the work, but when Chris checked the furnace, it wasn't working. Chris had to investigate and found that Ryan had cut a hole in the air return to create more airflow, but hadn't installed the vent. Chris had to install the vent himself to get the furnace working. The company didn't take responsibility for the issue, and Chris felt that he had to baby-sit the work done by a licensed contractor.
