At CBS Mechanical Services, we are proud to have been serving New Hanover, Pender, and Brunswick counties and surrounding areas since 1996. Our owners, Chris and Kristen Smith, are dedicated to providing exceptional HVAC services to our customers. Chris has lived in Wilmington, NC, and even performed his apprenticeship there. Kristen handles the office for the company. The Smith family are active members of the St. Mark Catholic Church and enjoy spending time together as a family.

Our Mission

We take pride in being a licensed and fully insured HVAC contractor, specializing in residential and commercial services. Our licenses include H2 and H3 classifications, allowing us to work on residential, commercial, and industrial units. We are a Bryant dealer, but we also work on Carrier, Trane, York, Goodman, Lennox, Rheem, American Standard, Coleman, and other major brands. Our expertise ranges from old homes to new construction, office units, schools, churches, and even crematoriums.
