SS3 Mechanical is a small family-owned and operated full-service HVAC company, founded by John Servick, who has been in the trade for nearly 15 years. After serving in the armed forces, John began working with Heating and Air equipment. In May of 2013, SS3 Mechanical was formed with a mission to provide an affordable, reliable, and honest service. Our Services

At SS3 Mechanical, we offer a wide range of services to cater to all your HVAC needs. Our skilled technicians can perform service on your systems, including the most basic tune-ups to system replacements and new construction. Some of the services we offer include:

• Air Cleaners: These washable furnace filters work by having multiple layers of vented metal which the air passes through. As the air passes through the first layer of filtration, the air molecules are positively charged by the friction between the air and the filter. The now positively charged air molecules attach themselves to the next few layers as they pass through the rest of the filter.

• Air Conditioners: Air conditioning typically comes in 2 parts, An indoor portion that moves air such as a furnace or air handler which will have an evaporator coil paired with it and an outdoor portion called a condensing unit. The condensing unit pumps refrigerant through the evaporator coil where the furnace or air handler circulates air across the evaporator coil where the heat inside the structure is absorbed and transferred to the outdoor condensing unit where the heat is removed and cool air is dispersed through the ductwork inside the home or structure.

• Air Handlers: These units circulate and filter the air in your home or structure, providing a comfortable indoor climate.

• Air Purifiers: These devices help remove pollutants and allergens from the air, improving indoor air quality.

• Boilers: These heating systems provide heat through hot water or steam, and are often used in homes and buildings with radiators or baseboard heaters.

• Ductwork: These are the pipes that carry air throughout your home or structure, and are a critical part of your HVAC system.

• Ductless Split Systems: These are versatile and efficient heating and cooling systems that can be installed in a variety of locations, providing comfort and flexibility.

• Furnace: This is the central heating system of your home or structure, responsible for warming the air that circulates through the ductwork.

• Heating: Our team can help you maintain and repair your heating systems, ensuring you stay warm during the cold months.

• Humidifiers: These devices help maintain a comfortable humidity level in your home or structure, preventing dryness and promoting indoor comfort.

• Heat Pumps: These systems provide both heating and cooling, using the principles of refrigeration to transfer heat from one location to another.

• Tankless Water Heaters: These devices heat water only when needed, providing an efficient and cost-effective way to meet your hot water needs.
