Business Details
We are a Veteran Owned family business that began serving the HVAC/R distribution industry in January 2006. With over 40 years of combined experience under our belt, we established a new normal and shook up the old way of conducting business through local branch channels. We originally started the company as Mechtronics Controls, but simplified our name in 2008 and now operate as HVAC USA. We were one of the first HVAC/R companies to create a new business model that served direct to the end user through online access without requiring an established account. We continue to serve our customers by carrying and increasing inventory capacity, unlike some other online competitors.
We also provide drop-shipping options for items not currently in stock. Our inventory levels are real-time, ensuring that if we show an item in stock, it is physically in one of our warehouses. We guarantee that in-stock items will ship within 24 hours, or the shipping is completely free. We have enabled the ability for resellers or any tax exempt business to upload their tax exemption certificate for immediate approval. Our business is only successful through our performance and your complete satisfaction. If you are ever unsatisfied with how your order is handled, we encourage you to contact our founder directly by phone.
