Meet Our Team

Our team includes Renee Fiorelli, President, who holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware. Mark Tepes, Vice President, is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic and State University. Dave Watson, Service Manager, started as a first-year apprentice and has extensive experience in the industry. J.J. Marsh, Building Automation Manager, graduated from Wilkes University and is committed to doing the right thing for our customers and company.
