Jim Sims, the owner, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise gained from his military service, where he specialized in the repair of Tow/Dragon wire-guided missile systems, and his subsequent training at The Environmental Technical Institute of Chicago. His passion for HVAC began while working in the Chicago suburbs for eight years, later evolving into a successful career spanning 19 years with CMS Heating and Air Conditioning in Central Texas.
