Alaska Heating & Cooling is a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the East Central Indiana community since 1992. Our goal is to provide the best heating and cooling service, from AC repair and installation of new equipment to servicing existing heating and cooling systems. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and our team of experienced technicians and sales staff who take pride in their workmanship and philosophy.

At Alaska Heating & Cooling, we have a small but dedicated team of eight employees, including one owner, two office staff, three service technicians, two installers, and one salesman. We cover Delaware County and each of the surrounding counties in East Central Indiana (Delaware, Randolph, Jay, Blackford, Northern Henry, Madison, and the South Half of Grant). Our customers are the reason we are in business, and we are grateful for their support.

Our team specializes in sheet metal work and uses high-efficiency heating and cooling equipment, with a preference for 13+ SEER rated equipment and gas furnaces rated 90-95% efficient. We have resources and suppliers to keep us up-to-date on new and better equipment and services. Our warranty program is fantastic, and we take pride in our ability to act quickly and efficiently.

Maintenance

Annual Spring & Fall Maintenance is essential to extending the life of your heating and cooling equipment. At Alaska Heating & Cooling, we offer maintenance agreements that give you added benefits and coverage throughout the year. Our maintenance services include cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments to ensure your equipment runs at peak efficiency.
