Our Services

We offer a range of services to ensure that your heating and cooling systems are running efficiently and effectively. Our expert technicians are trained to diagnose and repair any issues with your system, and we use only the highest-quality parts and materials to ensure that the job is done right. Our services include:

• Preventative Cooling Maintenance: If your system is working and you just want to get it checked out to be certain that it's working at its best, we offer check-out services that typically cost $99.00 and take about 30-45 minutes. We can also provide annual service agreements that include two checkouts per year (1 heating/1 cooling), a 15% discount on most parts, supplies, and repairs, priority service, and e-mail reminder service. Our service agreements start at $200.00 per year.

• Professional HVAC Installation: We sell and install Bryant heating and cooling equipment, as well as humidifiers, air cleaners, UV lights, and IAQ from Bryant, Honeywell, Aprilaire, and Totaline. We also offer Bryant ductless mini-split systems.

• Diagnostic Services: If your heating or cooling system isn't working right, we can diagnose the issue and provide a repair quote. Our diagnostic services typically cost $89.00.

Tips for Better Efficiency and Comfort

At Air Seven Heating & Cooling, LLC, we believe that regular maintenance is key to keeping your heating and cooling systems running smoothly and efficiently. Here are a few tips we'd like to share:

• Regular Service: Should you have your furnace and air conditioner serviced regularly? YES. Many furnace and a/c malfunctions could be prevented (usually at a lower cost) by spotting them before they actually cause a breakdown. Regular maintenance allows us to clean and inspect your furnace or a/c for problematic conditions.

• Change the Filter: Every heating and cooling system has an air filter, and it's essential to change it often. Most filters will say "lasts up to 90 days, " but depending on your house, children, pets, and the neighborhood, it may last longer or shorter than 90 days.

• Vent Filters: We do not recommend using vent filters sold in many home/hardware stores. They often restrict too much air, especially when they start getting dirty. Instead, purchase a slightly better filter and change it more often.
